Relaxing Spa Escape

I particularly enjoyed the range of saunas available. There were four distinct saunas in the spa area. I also swam laps in the pool, approximately 10 meters long. The Jacuzzi and another pool feature waterfalls and artificial streams, which I found really nice.

A Mediocre Experience

the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of foods , so I could find something i liked.
the room was quite small , and it lacked basic amenities like cups or tea. the shelf next to the wall was not a sufficient substitute for a table. i also requested a different size bathrobe in advance , but it was not provided upon arrival , apparently ALL had been reserved already.

The hotel had a well-equipped spa and swimming pools. i appreciated the modern design and spaciousness of the building. It had a big reading room. it was great that the breakfast buffet offered a huge selection of foods. the surrounding area was calm, and it was a short walk to the city center.

the hotel's location is convenient, nice for easy access to nearby attractions. the proximity to the river niemen is a bonus. it's close to the town center.

The staff was polite and helpful. They even provided a lovely anniversary surprise. the personnel was efficient. and discreet, contributing positively to the overall experience. communication was effective.

The breakfast options are extensive. the breakfast had a variety of high-quality foods. the restaurant has great options for lunch and dinner. The food is fresh and tasty, though the parking was expensive.

the restaurant staff and administrators were pleasant. i found the procedures agreeable. this time, i especially liked the spacious room.
The spa and pool area became crowded during the sunday and monday period. saunas and jacuzzi spaces were unavailable then. sound proofing seemed poor in my room! neighbors had a loud party. I heard everything. other guests knocked on walls to complain.

the breakfast buffet included a huge selection of foods. i found the spa area to be clean. the hotel has a big reading room where you can relax outside your room.
the room was really small and had no table, just a shelf next to the wall. there were no cups or tea in the room, only a kettle. the wardrobe was very tiny, not suitable for much storage.
